FIRSTATTEMPT is one of the products of HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED. It is a Computer based test platform designed for the use of Secondary school students and admission seekers into tertiary institutions.

FIRSTATTEMPT is an education-packaged products specially designed for ensuring that candidates of various examination bodies pass their exam upon FIRST ATTEMPT. Examination past questions of examination bodies such as UTME, POST-UTME, WASSCE, NECO, IELTS TOEFL etc are adequately contained in FIRSTATTEMPT products for regular practice by prospective candidates.


When you access, browse, use or subscribe for the use of FIRSTATTEMPT products, you are deemed to have submitted to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (herein called the "Agreement"). In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable herein or incorporated by reference. HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED reserves the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time.


FIRSTATTEMPT PRODUCT is APP-BASED and WEB-BASED. You can download the APP on google playstore.


ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.


You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED of any challenges faced in the course of accessing this site.


Creating an Account

To use the products, you must first create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED with basic, accurate, complete and updated information for your Registration (‘‘Account Opening’’). We may need to use this information to contact you.


Your account name and password is personal to you. Your information is safe. You can permit a third party to access your account.


It is understood that it shall be your responsibility to notify HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED of any security threat to your FIRST ATTEMPT product account immediately it is discovered.


Please safeguard your Account and make sure others don’t have access to your Account or password without your consent. We’re not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your Account.


Legal capacity to Transact

There is no age limit for the use of this website. FIRSTATTEMPT PRODUCTS are suitable for persons across all age brackets.

  •  FIRSTATTEMPT has 15 subjects with over 40,000 UTME past question and answers for a period of 10 years for practice.
  •  Practice question on FIRSTATTEMPT are graded instantly, users are able to tests to their taste by choosing the subject.
  •  Students can start practicing on FIRSTATTEMPT from any class in secondary school level so as to perfect their CBT and time management skills.
  •  Corrections for answered questions are provided immediately after submission of FIRSTATTEMPT. This makes our platform not just an assessment tool but a learning tool.
  •  After writing an exam, the performance data of the user are stored in his profile. Such performance data includes score, time-mangement, trend and frequency of test taken.
  •  The FIRSTATTEMPT mobile application is offline i.e it does not require internet and can be used in the remotest village anywhere in the world at the students’ convenience.
  •  Students can practice on FIRSTATTEMPT at the convenience of their home, in the bus, library etc.
  •  Parents get feed-backs through text messages or email on the usage and performances of their wards.
  •  Secondary school students and admission seekers can practice UTME past questions on both Web and Mobile App.
  •  Cheap subscription cost; daily subscription-N100, weekly subscription; N500, monthly subscription N1200.

Payment Methods


A. UP-FRONT AND IN FULL

Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Electronic Bank Transfer or paypal or such other payment mode as Hakk Team Limited may specify.


You agree to pay for the use of FirstAttempt products and its website in the manner specified in these Terms and on the Site.


Payment can be made by the use of: Visa or Verve Card, Bank You will not be able to access the use of FirstAttempt products until payment is received.


You may have access to the Site as a returning customer and will be logged in as a member under your login and password to practice on FirstAttempt platform.


Email newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about HAKKTEAM services.


Privacy

All your data, information, test performance are secured and will not be made available to an unauthorized third party except your guardian who is entitled to be updated on their ward’s performances. Guardians of the user of these products are entitled to be updated vide mail or text messages, the performance of his/her wards who are regarded as Users.


Restrictions

HAKKTEAM NIGERIA LIMITED reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.


Termination and Effect of Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Hakk Team Nigeria Limited may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate this Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of FirstAttempt products and Hakk Team Nigeria Limited shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part.
Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. Hakkteam shall not be liable to the user whose account is terminated.


Intellectual property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hakk Team Nigeria Limited and its content is protected by the Copyright Act.


You are granted only access for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this website. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate or distribute in any format, any of the copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website or use such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.


Offer for FirstAttempt product

A Contract is formed when you have successfully created an account with HakkTeam Nigeria Limited for the use of FirstAttempt products. HakkTeam Nigeria Limited in its absolute discretion may refuse to accept any offer from you.


Limitation of Liability

HakkTeam Nigeria Limited websites content and FirstAttempt App, are provided on a "voluntary access" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty whether express, implied or statutory terms of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.


HakkTeam Nigeria Limited will not be liable for any damages, including consequential damages, or any damages arising from the loss of use, interruption of trade, financial loss or damages, whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising from or in connection with the use of our website or FirstAttempt App.


Hakk Team Nigeria Limited will not accept any responsibility for the failure and/or actions of third parties, and content and communication interception which may occasionally occur during the use of our website or associated services.

If you use this website or FirstAttempt mobile App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Warranties

HakkTeam Nigeria Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind pertaining to this website or the information and materials contained in it.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.


Applicable Law

This terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Ondo state of Nigeria. The High Court of Ondo state shall exercise jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the operation of the terms and condition herein contained.
